MURAL TREATMENTS Janet Hessling has planned and executed mural treatments working alone and as senior conservator with large treatment teams. Public art exists in buildings all over the United States, in post offices, libraries, auditoriums, court houses, and many other institutions. Often the artwork reflects the history and ideals of the community, and its preservation or restoration is important to all citizens.
